Notes for Floretta Loranger
After her marriage, Florette moved to her husband's farm near Greenbush, Minnesota. Unlike the "Ma Tantes" who made sweet, chokecherry wine, Florette brewed a powerful beer that she served merrily to visitors along with good cheer. Florette loved her children and enjoyed their company. Family, farming and religion were her major interests. Both she and her husband worked very hard to make their farm a success.
